Reflect & Renew Counseling Services, PLLC has chosen to opt-out of contracting with insurance companies.
FSA & HSA Cards Gladly Accepted
All clients who desire to obtain reimbursement from their insurance provider can receive a SuperBill, which would allow one to submit a claim to their respective insurance carrier for possible reimbursement for services.

Reflect & Renew Counseling Services is a private-pay only practice and currently accepts debit and all major credit cards for payment.
This practice accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club, as well as FSA and HSA cards for client payments.
(Clients utilizing FSA/HSA will be required to upload an additional method of payment.)
Reflect & Renew clients are required to register on the secure client portal and will have access to billing and online payments using a debit or credit card. Clients will be asked to keep a card on file at all times.
Reflect & Renew Counseling Services, PLLC will charge your method of payment on the day of your appointment for the full session cost. (Excludes initial video consultation, which is free of cost to new clients.)

Reflect & Renew Counseling Services is committed to reaching those who desire to enhance their mental wellness, but are unable to afford standard private-pay rates.
The Reflect & Renew Wellness Program provides eligible clients a reduced-fee rate for services and is offered on an extremely limted basis. This program maintains a waitlist for enrollment.
Income verification may be required and can be subject to quarterly review, if approved.
