"I believe the happiness we feel in relation to animals is immensely significant. I believe it is absolutely central to our physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being."
- Linda Bender
When you stop to think about it, animals can be inspirational. Whether it's a pet you own or animals you come across in nature, animals have a unique way of helping us to gain perspective on life's misfortunes and struggles. Animals have an innate ability to adapt to their environment, no matter the obstacles they face. Their resilience teaches us that we can make it through difficult times.
Emotional support animals help individuals with emotional disabilities such as anxiety or depression by providing comfort and support. Any animal can be an emotional support animal. Federal law does not require these animals to have any specific training and you do not have to be physically disabled to have an emotional support animal.
